Vision on Mission is honoured to receive the Excellence in Safety, Security, Education, and Community Impact Award from Amalgamated Security Services Limited, recognizing our outstanding contribution to Public Safety and Crime Prevention across Trinidad and Tobago.

This recognition affirms the value of the work we carry out daily within our communities and reflects the collective dedication of our remarkable staff and volunteers who serve with passion and purpose under the leadership of our CEO, Mrs. Giselle Mashama.

As we celebrate this achievement, we honor the enduring legacy of our late Founder, Wayne Brian Chance, whose vision continues to guide our mission. His words remain our compass:

“Doing it the RIGHT way is the BETTER way.”

This award is more than a trophy—it’s a shared victory for everyone committed to transforming lives and strengthening communities. As we move forward, we remain encouraged, resilient, and anchored in faith, trusting in the strength to endure the important work ahead.

Thank you, Amalgamated Security Services Limited, for this meaningful honor.
