Our distinguished Board of Directors consists of an Accomplished and Experienced Team who makes an IMPACT not only in their respective professional fields but brings this knowledge, experience and passion to Vision on Mission in our continued efforts towards restorative justice and the rehabilitation and reintegration of the Region’s prisoners, ex-offenders, deportees, delinquent youths and socially displaced persons.

Mr. Wayne Chance

Mr. Wayne Chance is the Founder and former Executive President of Vision on Mission before his passing on 24th November 2019. He now sustains the title of Emeritus President of Vision on Mission.

Ms. Giselle Chance

Ms. Giselle Chance is a former Administrator at the University of the West Indies and now serves in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer of Vision on Mission since the passing of Mr. Wayne Chance.

Mr. Gerard Wilson

Gerard Wilson is the Former Commissioner of Prisons of the Trinidad and Tobago Prison Service.
Through his extensive knowledge and experience in security operations, specifically, Human Resource Management, Administration, and Program Evaluation within the penal facilities throughout Trinidad, Commissioner Wilson contributes greatly towards the objectives of the organization.

Mr. Reynold Cooper

Reynold Cooper is a Retired Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister and Head of the Public Service, and a Chartered Certified Accountant by qualification. He has been re-elected to the Board of Vision on Mission in 2019.
He has been contributing his expertise in Administration, Governance, Accounting, and Finance to the Board since 2015.

Mrs. Hazel Gobin

Hazel Gobin is the former Administrative Assistant at the University of the West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago.

Mrs. Monica Rogers-Fletcher

Monica Rogers-Fletcher is the Executive Director of the John Maxwell Team; a Personal Business Coach, Mentor, Speaker, and Teacher in Leadership.
Her more than 30 years of banking experience coupled with her expertise in organizational leadership, innovative ideas and advanced strategies in marketing, governance, and successful business operations, distinguishes her as a significant contributor to the organization.

Antonia Popplewell

Antonia Popplewell is a former Permanent Secretary with more than 30 years of experience in the Social and Public Administration sectors.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, a Master’s degree in Project Management, and is a certified Mediator. Antonia Popplewell has been contributing her knowledge of public administration, social sector policy, research and planning, and project management to Vision on Mission since 2015.

June Alexis-Matthew

June Alexis-Matthew is the Vice President of Institutional Advancement at the College of Science, Technology & Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago.
Through her expertise in marketing, public relations, communications, training and education, leadership and management, she has provided Vision on Mission since 2015 with innovative ideas aligned to the goals of the organization.

Superintendent Carlos Corraspe

Superintendent Carlos Corraspe is the Acting Assistant Commissioner of Prisons of the Trinidad and Tobago Prison Service. He has served on the Board of Vision on Mission since 2015 and continues to
contribute in the areas of Policy development and Legal services to the organization.

Fitzroy Frederick

Fitzroy Frederick is a Consultant, Attorney, and former Assistant Commissioner of Police. He has served on the Board of Vision on Mission since 2015 and
provides the organization with his knowledge in Law Enforcement Policy, Public Relations, Administration, and Fundraising.

Joanne Archie

Joanne Archie is the Assistant Commissioner of Police of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service.
She contributes her knowledge and experience in Law Enforcement and her interactions amongst offenders and re-offenders, in alignment to the aims of the organization.

Darian Marcelle is an On Air Presenter at i95.5 FM radio station.

Gary Grant

Gary Grant is a Co-founder of Vision on Mission. He is presently the Community Supervisor of the Cure Violence Programme under the Ministry of National Security and also serves as the Trinidad and Tobago Focal Point on the Technical Working Group of the Caribbean Basin Initiative.
